EJ Churchill is a world-class ground and is open to everyone. From hosting multiple world championships to running have-a-go sessions for complete novices, there truly is something for everyone!

Who is this event for? 👩
This Tuition Day is for women and those who identify as women.
Age: This event is for 12 years old and over! If you would like to bring children and young people with you, this is absolutely fine as long as they can be sensible in an environment where shooting is taking place. Please let us know if you are intending to bring children with you so we can give the shooting ground prior notice!
Ability: This event is for all abilities, where you have never picked up a gun before, through to experienced shots who are looking to improve their technique and eradicate any bad habits!
Accessible: This event is accessible and suitable for people with disabilities, including wheelchair users!
Itinerary ⏰
9.30am: Arrival at the ground and refreshments including tea and coffee.
10.00am: Briefing, introduction to your instructors, shooting commences.
12.30pm: Return to clubhouse for refreshments and debrief.
1.00pm: Depart at your own leisure.
What’s included? 🛍️
Shooting:
Beginner and Intermediates: 50 clays, cartridges, gun hire, instructor, all necessary protective gear.
Experienced: 100 clays, gun hire if necessary, instructor, all necessary protective gear. Cartridges can be supplied on the day if necessary for an extra cost.
Everyone:
Refreshments including pastries upon arrival.
A great group of like-minded women to go shooting with.
Memories that will last a lifetime!
What to wear 🌦️
As much as we are hoping to have beautiful weather on the day, please make sure you’re prepared for typical Great British weather!
Make sure you’re comfortable and that you will be warm enough throughout the day. A warm, waterproof coat is always a good idea to have in the car!
Footwear, please make sure you’re wearing practical footwear, shooting grounds can be muddy and uneven. Please do not wear high heels or flip flops, you won’t be allowed to shoot for insurance purposes!
