Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy

We hope that all products and services provided by the Women’s Shooting Network are absolutely banging, but, if not, everything you need to know is below! ⬇️

This policy is set out in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Events

A notice period of one week prior to the event in question is required for the request of any cancellation or transfer. Each instance will be investigated individually and will be approved at the discretion of The Women’s Shooting Network, who holds the right to approve or deny all requests without providing reason.

The Women’s Shooting Network does not accept any cancellation or transfer requests after the period of one week (seven days) before the event.

The customer will be notified once The Women’s Shooting Network has received and inspected the request to let them know if it was approved or not. If approved, the customer will be automatically refunded via the original payment method within 14 days.

Please remember it can take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund too.

Membership renewals, changes and cancellations

Automatic renewal

All membership plans are paid by monthly or annual automatic electronic payment (credit card, debit card, or other online payment method). Monthly memberships will automatically renew each month at the same payment terms and billing date established at time of enrolment. All annual plans are paid upfront and will automatically renew upon expiration at the same rate and terms as the initial membership. It is the members’ responsibility to monitor membership expiration, renewal dates and account information.

Membership cancellation

Membership plans can be cancelled at any time through the members’ account on the website.

The Women’s Shooting Network will not provide refunds retroactively for any cancellation requests.

Any requests to cancel membership plans by The Women’s Shooting Network on a member's’ behalf need to be made via email. Requests won’t be accepted through any social media accounts.

Requests to cancel membership plans must be submitted 2 working days prior to the renewal of the membership plan, otherwise payment will still be taken and no refunds will be made.

Where memberships are paid via PayPal and cannot be cancelled by The Women’s Shooting Network, they will need to be cancelled through the members’ own PayPal account and is the members’ own responsibility to ensure the necessary action is taken.

The Women’s Shooting Network does not issue refunds if members do not use their membership.

Membership upgrades and downgrades

All members are welcome to upgrade or downgrade their membership plans or packages without penalty. Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded at the start of the next billing cycle.

Changes cannot be made retroactively.

Membership lapses and reactivation

Members can cancel their membership plan at any time and return at a later date, but will be subject to any rate increases at the time of enrolment.

Merchandise

The right to cancel an order only applies to goods that are returned in the same condition as they were received. Any return must also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as they were received, or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer to take reasonable care of the purchased goods while they are in their possession.

The Women’s Shooting Network will reimburse the customer no later than 14 days from the day on which returned items are received. All refunds will be made to the original payment method, and no fees will be incurred for such reimbursement.

Customers won’t have the right to cancel or ask for a refund of an order for the supply of the following:

  • Items that have been personalised, worn or damaged.

  • Items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

  • The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged Your loss of cancellation right.

The Women’s Shooting Network has a 14-day return policy, which means the customer has 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, The Women’s Shooting Network will send the customer a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to The Women’s Shooting Network without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if the country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping the goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and issues

Please inspect any purchased orders upon receipt and contact The Women’s Shooting Network immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received, so that The Women’s Shooting Network may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). The Women’s Shooting Network also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, The Women’s Shooting Network cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure an exchange is made is to return the item purchased and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, the customer has the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as it was received by the customer, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

The Women’s Shooting Network will notify the customer once the item(s) has been received and inspected to let them know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the customer will be automatically refunded via the original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund too.
